A free service which will automatically backup your PC across the web. The free option gives you up to 1 Gb of storage, which you can upgrade for a small annual fee, and the only catch is that you have an email from them every so often.

A freeware program for creating PDF's from any application. It installs as a printer and you just print to it to create PDF's. There are two parts you need to download and install; instructions are on the site.
